1. There is no minimum order value on any order to be collected from one of our stores. We reserve the right to cancel your order, return your order to store and refund your payment if you do not collect it within a reasonable time.
  2. Delivery and collection times are subject to availability. We usually need 3-4 business days in order to dispatch your order.
  3. Gold Pet Market reserves the right to amend delivery or collection charges and delivery and collection services at any time.
  4. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of your scheduled delivery, or within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to return your order to our store and to charge a delivery charge for re-delivery.
  5. If you have not contacted us on +357 99231515 within 24 hours to rearrange a failed delivery, the order will be cancelled and refunded and we may retain the delivery fee.
  6. The deliveries of the orders are made only within the natural and administrative borders of the Republic of Cyprus via a cooperating courier company.
  7. Upon shipment of the order to you, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you, once you or a third party designated by you, other than the courier, is in physical possession of the products. However, the risk is transferred to you earlier and, in particular, at the same time as the delivery to the courier, if the carrier transfers the products at the customer’s request and this option was not offered by Gold Pet Market (without prejudice, of course, in this case, of your rights vis-à-vis the courier).
